I cannot open my account. It's like a rollercoaster, going up and down and returning to the same place to do it all over again. I have been doing surveys on this site long enough to recommend that they are credible; the surveys offered and opened for participation are of great interest and educationally relevant and stimulating sufficiently to motivate me to want to do more. The payout is the sideline kick; I let it be a surprise when they approve an offer. I love the buzz, especially when I learn something new. It's a pleasure to recommend YLive to coherent and educated people, as there is more to learn.

Good money to be earnt but sometimes it can take a long while to build up

You used to be really good but now you are completely rubbish. Took me over 1 hour to complete the last, and it will be my last, survey. Each page took about a minute to load. This is a joke and not worth my time anymore.

Nearly always enjoy the surveys. Certainly enjoy the payments. Sometimes wonder why I don't qualify for some surveys but at 83 years old I assume that a younger viewpoint is more relevant to some of the surveys. Please keep them coming.

I have been with ylive for a while and have been very happy with everything unfortunately the last 3/4 weeks I have been struggling to participate in any surveys I just getting kicked straight away which is very frustrating

Been with Yonder/Ylive for some years now and loved every minute until recently that I'm unable to get in touch to customers support, I'm not getting very many offers since I reached out to you for help as to reset or fix my account due to my grandaughter somehow managed to delete or block my details, if there's any way you can reset or help, I think I have 37.00 in my balance but I've only a few offers lately, I would be delighted if you can get me up and running again, many thanks, Shaun Campbell.
